Russia’s arctic science diplomacy: theory and practice

Arctic science diplomacy (ASD) is both a relatively new topic and an acute issue in Russian academic political circles. There neither clear definition of the concept nor consensus on stakeholders, tools, activities diplomacy. This article focuses main approaches Russia relation to ASD.
